Personal reception of citizens, including individual entrepreneurs, their representatives, representatives of legal entities is carried out without prior appointment in accordance with the schedule approved by order of the director
In the event of a temporary absence of an official, a personal reception is carried out by a substitute official, information about which is posted on the door of the office of the absent official indicating the position, surname, proper name, patronymic (if any) and the office number of the replacing official.
If the day of the personal reception falls on a public holiday or a holiday declared by the President of the Republic of Belarus to be non-working, the day of the personal reception is postponed to the next working day.
